1. What inspired you to start Foodiedella.com?

I’ve always been passionate about food and cooking, and I thought it would be great to have a website that was dedicated to providing accurate and useful information for visitors to the city of Chicago. I also wanted to provide a platform for local businesses and organizations to share their information with our readers.

2. What’s the first legit recipe you cooked?

I actually can’t remember the first recipe I cooked, but I do remember the first dish I ever made from scratch. It was a chocolate cake, and it turned out pretty well!

3. Who eats what you make?

My husband and I are both food lovers, so we enjoy trying new recipes and dishes. We also have two young children, so we try to make sure that they are eating healthy and nutritious meals as well.

4. What’s your favorite Chicago restaurant?

There are too many to choose from! But some of my favorites include Alinea, Girl & the Goat, and Sepia.

5. What food or drink are you?

I would say I’m a glass of wine. I appreciate the finer things in life, and I like to take my time to enjoy them.
